Your License: Play the game for personal use—no copying, selling, or hacking.
Licensed Content: Cars and branded items stay in the game—don’t use them elsewhere.
Mods & Content: You can create mods, but follow the rules (no harmful or illegal stuff).
Multiplayer: Be respectful—no cheating, hacking, or bad behavior or you may be banned.
Updates: We may change or add features, including paid DLC.
Privacy: We handle your data responsibly (Privacy Policy).
Legal Stuff: The game is provided "as is," and disputes go through arbitration in Victoria, Australia.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Agreement: This End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Application.
Application: The software program provided by the Company downloaded by You to a Device, named Torque Drift 2 and Torque Drift 2 - Demo
Company: Refers to GREASE MONKEY GAMES PTY LTD, located at 2/62 Fallon Street, Brunswick, 3056.
Content: Refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.
Country: Refers to Victoria, Australia.
Device: Means any device that can access the Application, such as a computer, cell phone, or tablet.
Third-Party Services: Refers to any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Application.
You: The individual accessing or using the Application or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not click "I Agree," do not download, and do not use the Application.
This Agreement governs your use of the Application, which is licensed, not sold, to You by the Company for use strictly in accordance with its terms.

Scope of License
The Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
License Restrictions
You agree not to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
Copy or use the Application for any purpose not explicitly authorized in this Agreement.
Modify, create derivative works, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer the Application.
Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or trademarks.

Certain assets in the Application (e.g., vehicles, parts, branded content) are licensed from third parties and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These assets are provided solely for use within the Application.
You agree not to:
Extract, modify, or repurpose licensed content for personal or commercial use.
Use licensed content outside the Application.

The Application may permit users to create or share Mods and UGC. By submitting UGC, You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content.
UGC must not:
Violate third-party IP rights, including licensed content.
Include malicious code, cheat mechanisms, or unauthorized functionalities.
Be misleading or impersonate the Company.
The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict UGC at its sole discretion.

When participating in multiplayer features, You agree to:
Not use unauthorized software, cheats, or exploits.
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour.
Follow all additional rules for tournaments or events.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts for violations.

The Company may release updates, including paid downloadable content (DLC) or expansions. These updates may modify or delete certain features. Additional terms may apply to new content, communicated at the time of release.

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your use of the Application, including your UGC or any breach of this Agreement.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and without warranties. The Company disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Company’s total liability will not exceed the amount You paid for the Application. In no event will the Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) rules, with the venue in Victoria, Australia.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
