End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: 11 January 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Happy Dayz Games ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the video game End of Everything (the "Game").
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Happy Dayz Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Happy Dayz Games.
2. Ownership
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to software, code, artwork, animations, audio, text, updates, and online services, are owned by Happy Dayz Games and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You acquire no ownership interest in the Game. Your rights are strictly limited to the license granted under this Agreement.
3. Steam Platform & Refunds
The Game is distributed through Steam and is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility, payment processing, and account enforcement are handled solely by Steam. Generally, refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if playtime is less than 2 hours.

4. Early Access Notice
The Game is offered in Early Access. You acknowledge and agree that:

The Game may support mods or other user-generated content ("UGC").
You retain ownership of content you create; however, by creating or distributing UGC for use with the Game, you grant Happy Dayz Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and incorporate that content in connection with the Game and its promotion.
We reserve the right to remove, disable, or restrict any mod or UGC at our sole discretion.
7. Anti-Cheat, Enforcement, and Bans
The Game may include anti-cheat, monitoring, or enforcement systems.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Attempting to evade enforcement actions may result in additional penalties.
8. Updates and Online Services
We may provide updates, patches, content changes, or online services at our discretion. These may be applied automatically and may be required to continue using the Game.
We do not guarantee continued availability of online features or servers.
9. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
You assume all risks associated with use of the Game.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Dayz Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Game.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, excluding conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queensland.
13. Amendments
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

- Features, gameplay systems, content, and mechanics may change significantly or be removed.
- Saved data, progress, characters, or items may be reset, wiped, or rendered unusable during development.
- There is no guarantee that the Game will be fully released or supported for any specific duration.
You purchase and play the Game with the understanding that it is a work in progress.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to assist others to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by law.
- Create derivative works based on the Game without authorization.
- Exploit the Game or its systems for commercial gain.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, DRM, or anti-cheat systems.
- Use cheats, hacks, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.

The Game may support mods or other user-generated content ("UGC").

Attempting to evade enforcement actions may result in additional penalties.
