End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, referred to herein as "you" or "your") and Happy Dayz Games (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the video game End of Everything (the "Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Happy Dayz Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Game or any part of it without our express written consent.
2. Ownership
The Game, including all of its content, updates, and related services, are owned by Happy Dayz Games and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Happy Dayz Games.
3. Refund Policy
This Game is distributed through Steam, and all refunds for the Game are subject to Steam's Refund Policy. In general, you can request a refund for this Game on Steam if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and if you have played the Game for less than 2 hours. The Game may allow you to create, upload, or share content ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by submitting any User-Generated Content through the Game, you grant Happy Dayz Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with the operation of the Game and related services.
6. Updates and Modifications
We may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. You agree that we may implement such updates automatically and without further notice. These updates may be required for you to continue using the Game. This Agreement applies to any updates or modifications unless a separate agreement is provided.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantees that the Game will be free from errors or issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Dayz Games and its affiliates will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queensland, Australia. You agree to resolve any disputes by engaging in good faith negotiations with Happy Dayz Games. If the matter cannot be resolved, the parties may seek mediation or litigation in the courts of Queensland.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our website or providing notice through other reasonable means, including through Steam. Your continued use of the Game following such notice will be deemed your acceptance of the amended terms.

- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
