② The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the Game Service solely for non-commercial and personal entertainment purposes, provided that the User complies with this Agreement.
③ The User shall not use, or allow a third party to use, the information obtained through the Game Service for commercial purposes via copying, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 5 (User-Generated Content and Streaming)
In principle, the Company allows users to stream game play videos on the Internet or create non-commercial secondary creations (such as fan art, reviews, etc.). However, if such content seriously damages the Company's image or maliciously distributes core undisclosed spoilers of the game, the Company reserves the right to request the takedown or suspension of the relevant content.

③ Infringing on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or personal information of others, or defaming others.
④ Engaging in acts that cause harm, such as hatred or discrimination, based on differences in sexual, religious, social, or moral values, in order to protect the rights and interests of all users.
⑤ Engaging in other acts that violate good public morals, social norms, or the guidelines of the Steam platform.

Article 7 (Payment and Refund)
All procedures and policies regarding game purchases, in-app purchases, and refunds shall comply with the Terms of Use and Refund Policy of Valve Corporation, which operates the Steam platform. The Company does not take direct responsibility for any issues arising during the payment and refund process through the Steam platform.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability and Damages)
① The Game Service is provided on an "As Is" basis. The Company does not warrant that the game will operate perfectly in the User's specific hardware and operating system environment, nor does it guarantee the complete absence of technical defects (bugs).
② The Company shall be exempt from liability for any failure to provide the service due to natural disasters, Steam platform server outages, or other force majeure events beyond the Company's control.
③ The Company is not responsible for any disruptions in the use of the Game Service caused by the User's fault, including but not limited to substandard PC specifications, hardware defects, or network errors.
④ The Company is not responsible for the loss of game progress data (save files, progress, achievements, etc.) acquired by the User within the Game Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
