Recoil_Tracker Software End User License Agreement (Hereinafter Referred to as "RT_CrH")

I. Agreement Validity and Acceptance

1.1 By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RT_CrH software and related services (including plugins, components, and derivative content), you shall be deemed to confirm that this software is a technical research tool intended solely for personal learning, screen interaction technology research, and lawful optimization of gaming experiences, and to voluntarily accept all terms of this Agreement.
1.2 The Developer reserves the right to unilaterally modify, supplement, or terminate this Agreement. Revised terms shall take effect immediately after being published on the official website or Steam Store page. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree, you must immediately cease use and uninstall the software.
II. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the main program (Recoil_Tracker.exe) and its derivative works (including but not limited to interface designs, algorithm code, and documentation) belong exclusively to the Developer and its original rights holders.

This software is positioned as a technical experimental product. Third-party resources embedded in the software (e.g., icons, audio/video) are marked as "sample materials." Users must obtain written authorization from the rights holder for commercial use. The Developer merely provides technical storage space and makes no warranties regarding the legality of such resources.

Images, data, and other derivative content generated through the software shall have their ownership and legal compliance determined solely by the user. The Developer does not review such content and assumes no responsibility for related disputes.

2.2 Prohibited Acts

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in, but not limited to, the following acts. Violators may face legal liability:
(a) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with digital signatures to circumvent technical protections;
(b) Modifying program names, version information, or UI elements to obscure ownership or disrupt functionality;
(c) Creating/spreading game cheats, hacks, or other derivative works that undermine fairness using the software’s features.
III. Third-Party Content Liability
3.1 Component Ecosystem

The main program provides technical solutions (e.g., crosshair positioning, window tracking) for research purposes only, aimed at studying game UI interaction logic. Third-party component authors must ensure their works do not incorporate copyrighted game assets.

Installing components constitutes a user commitment to refrain from commercial exploitation or cheating. Disputes arising from components (e.g., copyright infringement, account penalties) shall be resolved solely between the component author and user.

3.2 Content Compliance

Users must delete any third-party copyrighted content (e.g., protected game character designs, interface elements) from images, tables, or cached data generated by the software.

The Developer does not provide content legality verification services. Users bear 100% responsibility for legal risks arising from improper storage or distribution of derivative content.

3.3 Platform Compliance

The software’s design may not fully comply with specific platform rules (e.g., anti-cheat mechanisms, data scraping restrictions). Users must review target platforms’ service agreements before use. Consequences of violating platform rules (e.g., account bans, data loss) are solely the user’s responsibility, and the Developer offers no compensation.

IV. User Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1 Usage Restrictions

The software is strictly prohibited for:
(a) Commercial activities (e.g., paid training, hardware bundling);
(b) Disrupting game operations (e.g., bypassing anti-cheat systems, altering game data);
(c) High-risk fields (e.g., military training, medical devices).
4.2 Data Security

Operations such as process detection and screen color sampling may trigger security software alerts. Users must independently assess system compatibility risks.

The Developer does not store user activity data. Privacy breaches caused by leaked local cache files are not the Developer’s responsibility.

V. Disclaimer and Liability Limitations

5.1 Features like dynamic crosshairs and window tracking have technical limitations. The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with all game versions. Issues affecting gameplay due to functionality errors do not warrant claims.
5.2 Users bear full responsibility for losses caused by, but not limited to:
(a) Using the software in competitive gaming/platforms where辅助工具 are prohibited;
(b) Sharing configuration files with cheating communities leading to关联封禁;
(c) Security vulnerabilities due to failure to update the software;
(d) Ignoring software warnings or violating this Agreement.
VI. Termination and Dispute Resolution

6.1 The Developer may permanently revoke access for users engaging in cheating, reselling files, or other breaches, without refunding fees.
6.2 Content Dispute Handling:
(a) The Developer will remove disputed resources within 5 business days upon valid copyright complaints;
(b) For disputes arising from user-generated content, the Developer provides only technical documentation and does not participate in legal mediation.
