End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Avalon Studios, LLC ("Developer" or "We" or "Us") for the use of the video game "Edge of the Wild" ("Game") made available through the Steam platform ("Platform").
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
License Grant
Avalon Studios, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game on a personal computer through your Steam account, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game. All rights, titles, and interests, including intellectual property rights in and to the Game, are owned by Avalon Studios, LLC.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Game to any third party.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.
Updates and Patches
Avalon Studios, LLC may provide updates, patches, and other modifications to the Game that must be installed for you to continue to use the Game. Avalon Studios, LLC may update, patch, or modify the Game remotely and access the Game residing on your machine for such purpose, and you hereby grant to Avalon Studios, LLC the right to deploy and apply such updates, patches, and modifications.
User-Generated Content
The Game may allow you to create, post, or share content. You retain all rights to any original content you create and share. However, by sharing content, you grant Avalon Studios, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content within the Game or through other platforms for promotional purposes.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avalon Studios, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Avalon Studios, LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damages to personal property) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Avalon Studios, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Colorado, USA.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Avalon Studios, LLC regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
