## End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Thunderlash

### 1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Cascade.

This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our Thunderlash software ("Software") directly from Cascade or indirectly through a Cascade authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

### 2. License Grant
Cascade hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Thunderlash software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

### 3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the software.

### 4. Ownership
The Software is and shall remain the property of Cascade.

### 5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Cascade if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

### 6. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

### 7. Limitation of Liability
Cascade shall not be liable for any damages you may suffer in connection with your use of the software.
