End User License Agreement (EULA) for Lefty
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Light Studio for the use of the game software "Lefty". By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Light Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms of this EULA.
2. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Light Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Software;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
Use the Software for any commercial purpose;
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Lefty software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Light Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Light Studio be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Light Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Light Studio with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
