1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legal agreement between you and Emby Games. By installing or using Embodied Tournament, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. Grant of License
Emby Games grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit anyone else to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
Modify, create derivative works, disassemble, decrypt, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Application.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will automatically terminate without notice from Emby Games if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from your devices.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated therewith, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Emby Games.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Emby Games be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of your use or inability to use the Application, even if Emby Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
