END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Gyumin Kwak ("Developer") for the use of the software Rabbit in Dungeon ("Software").
Definitions
"Software" refers to Rabbit in Dungeon, including any updates or upgrades provided by the Developer.
Grant of License
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software strictly for personal use.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
Updates and Upgrades
The Developer may provide updates or upgrades to the Software, which will be available to you free of charge.
Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Software.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically or otherwise cease to be effective without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
