End-User License Agreement (EULA) for "Specter Trail"
1. General Overview
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer ("Developer"), an individual based in Saudi Arabia, for the use of the video game "Specter Trail" ("Application").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Application.
2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may install and use the Application on one device at a time.

The Application will be updated regularly until the Developer determines that no further updates are necessary. You agree that these updates may be automatically installed without notice.
5. User Suggestions
Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide to the Developer regarding the Application ("Suggestions") may be used by the Developer without any obligation to provide credit or compensation.
6. Data Collection
The Application does not collect personal user information. However, the Application collects operating system information when it encounters a bug, to assist in resolving the issue. By starting the Application, you give the Developer permission to collect this data.
7. EULA Updates
The Developer reserves the right to update this EULA at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the EULA each time before using the Application. By starting the Application, you agree to the current version of this EULA, including any updates or modifications. The Developer is not obligated to notify you of changes to the EULA.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
