# End User License Agreement (EULA) for **Paper Pilot**

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and **Timco** ("Developer," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the developer of the game titled **Paper Pilot** ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using this Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not download, install, or use the Game.
## 1. **License Grant**
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Developer grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game solely for Your personal, non-commercial purposes.
## 2. **Restrictions on Use**
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game, in whole or in part.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game to any third party.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Game.
- Use the Game to infringe upon the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy, or data security.
## 3. **Ownership**
The Game and all associated content, including but not limited to audio, visuals, design, text, and software, are the intellectual property of Developer or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant You any ownership rights to the Game or any related materials, but only a limited license to use the Game as stated in Section 1.
## 4. **Updates and Patches**
Developer may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game ("Updates"). You agree that the Game may automatically download and install Updates, and You consent to such Updates being automatically applied. You also agree that the terms of this Agreement will apply to any Updates.
## 5. **Termination**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if You fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies of the Game in Your possession.
## 6. **Disclaimer of Warranties**
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
## 7. **Limitation of Liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Developer, its affiliates, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use or inability to use the Game, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
## 8. **Indemnification**
You agree to indemnify and hold Developer and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from Your use of the Game or any violation of this Agreement.
## 9. **Governing Law**
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with Developer or relating to Your use of the Game resides in the courts of Germany.
## 10. **Severability**
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
## 11. **Amendments**
Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If We make material changes to this Agreement, We will notify You by posting the updated Agreement through the Game or by other means. Your continued use of the Game after the updated Agreement is posted constitutes Your acceptance of the modifications.
