LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read this License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using Zombie GO REMASTERED ("Game") developed by Infinite Rage ("Developer").
By installing and using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant: Infinite Rage grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes on a single device.
2. Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works based upon, transmit, or publicly display the Game without the express written consent of Infinite Rage.
3. Ownership: The Game is owned by Infinite Rage and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Infinite Rage retains all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
4. Warranty Disclaimer: The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Infinite Rage does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability: Infinite Rage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
6. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Infinite Rage. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Infinite Rage if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By installing and using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
