This Music License Agreement, effective as of the date of purchase, is made between Jake Horner ("Licensor"), Jack Oades ("Composer"), and the customer ("Licensee"). It grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the music tracks from the ‘Scrambled Eggs’ soundtrack in various projects, with certain restrictions such as not reselling the music as standalone files or using it in defamatory or illegal projects. The Licensee must credit Jack Oades (DomHUSK) in their projects. The agreement is governed by the laws of The Republic of Ireland and limits the Licensor's liability. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. By reusing the ‘Scrambled Eggs’ soundtrack, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Music License Agreement.
