END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and [Marschelewski Studios] regarding the use of the software product [Golden Ticket Simulator].
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA.
2. Ownership
The Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain with Licensor.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. Updates and Changes
Licensor may, at its discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or patches (collectively, "Updates") to the Game. Such Updates are subject to the terms of this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of it.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS." LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Miscellaneous
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Game. If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
