END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Pupa Games ("Company"), the developer of the game PUPA ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you agree to comply with the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install, access, or use the Game.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to do the following:
Use software, scripts, third-party bots, or any other unauthorized means to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate the Game.
Attempt to derive the source code of the Game through reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly.
Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Game or any copies thereof.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels in the Game.
4. Cheating and Use of Bots
Cheating and the use of bots are strictly prohibited. This includes:
Using any software or device that automates functions in the Game.
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Game to gain unfair advantages.
Engaging in activities that disrupt the normal gameplay experience for other players.
Sharing or distributing methods or tools for cheating or using bots.
Violations of this section will result in the immediate termination of your license to use the Game and may lead to the banning of your account.
5. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will be automatically terminated without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
6. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify the Game and this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must uninstall and stop using the Game.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game.
