END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
for "Love: Fall in Death"
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SNR Interactive Oyun Film Yapımcılık A.S, a company organized under the laws of Türkiye, regarding your use of the software product “Love: Fall in Death” (“Game”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
SNR Interactive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the Game for any commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Game in any form;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game;
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game to any third party;
Misuse the Game in any multiplayer or shared environments, including cheating or
exploiting game mechanics.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including any updates, modifications, and derivatives, remain the sole property of SNR Interactive Oyun Film Yapımcılık A.S.
4. No Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNR Interactive disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Privacy
This Game does not collect any personal data or user information.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
