Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Nisshoku Games ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") for the use of K-Pop! ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.

License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA and Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Use any unauthorized third-party software, scripts, bots, or any other means to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate the Game in any way.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
  
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Game.
  
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any copies of it.
  
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.

Cheating and Botting
Cheating and botting are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using any software or device that automates gameplay functions.
  
• Exploiting any in-game bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal gameplay experience for others.
  
• Sharing or distributing any methods or tools related to cheating or botting.
  
• Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your license to use the Game and may lead to the banning of your account.
