This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Taiga TI ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using Leaf Clicker: Grow Your Green Thumb ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal computer through your Steam account subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The Game and all copies thereof, and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated therewith, are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

• You may not distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Game to anyone.
  
• You may not modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game.
  
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  
• You are prohibited from using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience.
  
• You may not use macros or other automated means to control the Game or any aspect of its functionality.

The Game may allow you to create content, including but not limited to customization items, maps, and mods ("User Content"). You grant the Developer a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display User Content in connection with the Game.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Game and all copies thereof. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason, upon notice to you. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.

The Game is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, in no event will the Developer be liable for any personal injury, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
