End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between you (the end user) and DMYTRO TSERKOVNIAK ("Developer"). By using, installing, or accessing the Lab Sorters application (the "Game"), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Game;
create derivative works based on the Game;
use the Game for commercial purposes or financial gain without the Developer's written consent;
distribute, transfer, sell, or lease the Game to third parties.
Ownership
All intellectual property rights to the Game and all its components are exclusively owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Game.
Updates and Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to release updates, improvements, and other changes to the Game without prior notice. Such updates may be required to continue using the Game.
Privacy
The Game does not collect any user data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will function error-free or meet user expectations.
Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages, lost profits, data loss, or other damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the Game.
Termination of Agreement
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you are required to delete all copies of the Game.
Changes to Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. By continuing to use the Game after changes have been made, you agree to abide by the updated terms.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
