This is an End User License Agreement (EULA) between you (the "End User") and T.G. (the "Developer" and "Publisher"). By installing, accessing, or using the game "Lemon" (the "Game"), you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
T.G. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on your personal device in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2. Ownership Rights
The Game and all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are the property of T.G. You acknowledge that by acquiring the Game, you do not acquire any ownership rights in it.
3. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
Copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit the Game, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. T.G. expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall T.G. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if T.G. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], excluding its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and T.G. regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
