Please read this Agreement carefully before installing or running the Game. By installing or running the Game, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Game on your personal devices, solely for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Premium (Buy-to-Play)
The Game is a one-time purchase: paying the listed price on the Steam store page grants you the complete game, with no in-app purchases, advertisements, or paid unlockable content. Future content updates are provided to existing owners at no extra charge. Please purchase only through the official Steam store; any "activation keys / offline editions / shared accounts" sold by third-party websites or individuals in the name of the Game are not authorized by the Developer, who bears no responsibility for any resulting loss.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Game (including but not limited to code, artwork, text, music, character and monster designs, and the "TIDE / Tide Terminal" world setting) belong to the Developer. This Agreement transfers no intellectual property rights to you.
4. Fan Works
Provided it is non-commercial and not presented as an official work, the Developer permits you to create non-commercial derivative works based on the Game (fan art, videos, livestreams, guides, etc.), while reserving the right to revoke this permission in individual cases of abuse.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (1) reverse engineer or decompile the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law; (2) use the Game or its assets for any commercial purpose; (3) redistribute, resell, or rent the Game; (4) remove or alter copyright notices in the Game; (5) use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
6. Local Data
The Game is a single-player offline game. Save data is stored only locally on your device (and in Steam Cloud if you enable it). The Developer does not collect or upload any personal information or gameplay data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data) arising from the use of or inability to use the Game. Please back up important saves regularly using the in-game save export feature.
9. Changes and Termination
The Developer may revise this Agreement with game updates; the revised version takes effect upon the update. This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement, upon which you shall uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
10. Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
