END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and the community of developers of PEPEZ.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, access, or use the Game.

The Community grants the User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Game for personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

All content in the Game should be interpreted in a humorous and caricatured tone. At no point is it intended to promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or any other harmful behavior. The Game is designed to be a lighthearted entertainment experience and should not be taken seriously.

All characters and visual elements present in this game are fictional and have been created by the game developer. This game does not use images or visual representations that are subject to copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties. The creation of the caricatures and other graphical elements is the original work of the author and does not infringe any existing intellectual property rights. These representations are caricatural in nature. The aim is to create a humorous and unrealistic experience, where the characteristics of the characters are exaggerated for comic and entertainment effects. These caricatures are inspired by elements of meme culture and should not be interpreted as faithful reflections of real individuals.

However, any person who believes that their intellectual property has been infringed can request the removal of particular content to the Community via [edtorlla@gmail.com]. The Community commits to removing the questioned content within a reasonable timeframe after receiving such request.

The User shall not:

Copy, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or other proprietary notices in the Game.

The Community allows any User to freely use the content of the Game, provided that such use does not infringe on third-party rights and is consistent with the humorous and caricatured tone of the Game.

The Game is designed to offer a prize to the first User who successfully completes it. The prize will be funded through user donations. Half of the prize will be awarded to the winning User, and the other half will be donated to a charitable organization designated by the Community to support its cause.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind. The Community does not warrant that the Game will be free of errors or that it will operate without interruptions. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Game.

The Community reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Game after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Community regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
