END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Bronixia, located in Barcelona, Spain, with company ID B10896223 ("Company"), for the game "Forgotten Paths" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
License Grant
Bronixia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA.
Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. Bronixia retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.
Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Game, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Bronixia.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Bronixia does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bronixia be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Bronixia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.
Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bronixia with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this EULA will be binding unless in writing and signed by Bronixia.
