1. Introduction
Welcome to TimeFixers ("Game"). This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and Strider Interactive Ltd ("Developer" or "we") governing your use of the Game. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Strider Interactive Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial use on your compatible device. You may not use the Game for any other purpose without explicit written permission from the Developer.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including any updates, modifications, and enhancements, are owned by Strider Interactive Ltd or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Game and deleting all copies. We may terminate this Agreement if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strider Interactive Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to the Agreement
We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Strider Interactive Ltd regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
