End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("License Agreement" or "EULA") governs the terms of use for Cat-Astrophy, a video game developed and provided by NattoXez (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), a company based in Barcelona, Spain. By installing, copying, or using Cat-Astrophy and its related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this EULA.
1. Scope of Use
Cat-Astrophy is accessed through the Company's Client System ("System") using software ("Software") provided by the Company. Your access to and use of the Services are subject to compliance with this EULA.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Cat-Astrophy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

B. Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including passwords. You may not share your Account or allow others to access the Services through your Account.
C. Prohibited Uses
Accounts may not be used for commercial purposes. Access to the System and use of the Services are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not create multiple Accounts for commercial gain or on behalf of any legal entity.
4. Conduct and Usage
A. Restricted Activities
You agree not to engage in activities that include, but are not limited to: modifying the Software, cheating, exploiting bugs, distributing unauthorized software, or engaging in disruptive behavior such as harassment or defamation.
B. Item Sales
You may not transfer, sell, or auction in-game items or currency outside of the Services. All virtual items and currencies remain the property of the Company.
5. Termination and Suspension
A. Company's Rights
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services for violations of this EULA or disruptive behavior.
B. User's Rights
You may terminate this EULA at any time by ceasing use of the Services and uninstalling the Software.
6. Privacy and Data Use
A. Collection of Personal Information
The Company doesn't collect and use personal information.
B. Monitoring
The Company may monitor user activities and communications to enforce this EULA and maintain system integrity.
7. License
A. Software License
Subject to compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, revocable license to use the Software and access the Services.
B. Ownership
The Software, System, and all content within the Services are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Software or Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company disclaims any warranties regarding the Software and Services and limits its liability for damages arising from your use of the Software or Services.
9. Amendments to EULA
The Company may update this EULA, and such updates will be communicated through the Steam page or within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
