End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Radiant ("Company") for the software product "Pumpkin's Revenge" ("Game").
2. License Grant
Radiant grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA. This Game is provided to the User free of charge.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. Radiant retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights.
4. Restrictions
The User agrees not to:
Distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer the Game.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Game.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Radiant may terminate this EULA at any time if the User breaches any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Radiant disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Radiant be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if Radiant has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Radiant regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
