This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Willy for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software Product"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software Product.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software Product on a single device for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or loan the Software Product.
Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software Product.

2. OWNERSHIP.
The Company or its suppliers own all title and copyrights in and to the Software Product. The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
3. TERMINATION.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
The Software Product is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software Product is with you.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
In no event will the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software Product, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. GOVERNING LAW.
This EULA shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Software Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
