End-User License Agreement (EULA) for "Mug's Orb" and "Mug's Orb Demo"
Hi there! Thank you for playing "Mug's Orb" or "Mug's Orb Demo" (referred to as the "Game"). This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is here to let you know what you can and can't do with the Game. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree, that's okay, but please don't install or use the Game.
1. Your License
Ogma Games is happy to give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to enjoy the Game. This means you can play and have fun, but only for yourself and not for any commercial purposes.
2. Who Owns the Game
Just a heads-up, Ogma Games owns the Game and everything in it. You're getting a license to play, but we still hold all the rights to the Game.
3. What You Can't Do
To keep things fair and fun, please don't:
- Try to figure out the source code or reverse-engineer the Game.
- Modify, adapt, or create new versions of the Game.
- Share, distribute, or transfer the Game to others.
- Use the Game for any business purposes without getting our permission first.
- Remove or hide any notices about who made the Game.
- Modify or use the content in an offensive manner.
4. If Something Goes Wrong
This EULA will be in effect until we decide to revoke it. If you don't follow the rules, your rights under this EULA will end automatically. If that happens, you need to stop using the Game and remove it from your devices. Also, if you misuse the Game's assets, we might need to take further action, like legal steps, asking for damages, or getting an order to stop the misuse. We might also report it to platforms like Steam.
5. No Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ogma Games does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, though fixes and updates will be provided when possible. In a nutshell, we're providing the Game "AS IS," which means we can't promise it will always work perfectly. There might be bugs or interruptions, and we're not making any guarantees about that.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ogma Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game. In simpler terms, Ogma Games won't be responsible for any big or small damages that happen from using or not being able to use the Game. We hope nothing goes wrong, but if it does, we can't be held liable.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland which is part of the EU. In this case, it means that any disputes arising from or related to this EULA or the use of the Game will be resolved according to the laws of Ireland and the European Union.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA is the full agreement between you and Ogma Games regarding the Game. It replaces any previous agreements or understandings about the Game.
9. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create and share content, you agree that Ogma Games can use, modify, and share your content in connection with the Game. You promise that your content won't infringe on anyone else's rights. This game does not have user-generated content at this time but in case, in the future, this functionality is somehow added in the game.
10. Privacy Policy
We care about your privacy. As a gamer, clicking accept on a EULA is always a worry/frustration so let’s try to make this as clear as possible. So do review our [Privacy Policy July 22, 2024 available on www.ogmagames.ie] to understand how we would collect, use, and protect your information if it was collected with Mug’s Orb PC game and since we do not collect any at this time why you should still read it to see if the game’s host platform may collect data for analytics etc. or for their own end use separately and independently of Ogma Games.
11. Updates and Patches
We might update the Game from time to time to improve it or fix issues. These updates might change or remove some features, but we hope they'll make your experience even better!
12. Support and Maintenance
We want you to have a great experience, but we're a tiny team. We'll do our best to help with any issues, but we can't promise we'll always be able to provide support or fix everything, but we will do our best.
