Important Notice: Before downloading, installing, or using "Adventure Paws" (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"), please carefully read this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.
1.License and Restrictions
1.1 License: This Agreement grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download, install, and use the Game on your personal computer or device for personal entertainment use only.
1.2 Restrictions: You shall not:
a) Use the Game or any part of it for commercial purposes.
b) Reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, translate, decompile, distribute, rent, sell, transfer, or otherwise exploit the Game or any part of it.
c) Remove, modify, or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices in the Game.
d) Use the Game to cause abuse, harassment, threats, defamation, assault, or any other inappropriate behavior.
e) Violate any terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership: The Game and all its content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, code, and design) are owned by the developer and protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 Trademarks: The name, logo, and related graphics of the Game are trademarks of the developer. You may not use these trademarks without the written permission of the developer.
2.3 User-Generated Content: If you create, upload, or submit any user-generated content in the Game, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such user-generated content.
3.Disclaimer
3.1 "As Is" Provision: The Game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3.2 Risk Assumption: You expressly agree that the use of the Game is at your sole risk. The developer does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, profit loss, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
4.Termination
4.1 Termination Rights: The developer reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify your use of the Game at any time, without prior notice.
4.2 Termination Consequences: Upon termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Game and delete all copies of the Game in your possession.
5.Miscellaneous
5.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, statements, or understandings.
5.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this Agreement remains in full force and effect.
5.3 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
5.4 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate court.
