END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Introduction
This EULA - End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Project348 Studios™ for the game "Just Move On!". By installing, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. Grant of License
Project348 Studios™ grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, except as otherwise provided in this EULA.
3. License Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
b) Modify or create derivative works of the Game, except as expressly allowed.
c) Use the Game for any commercial purposes other than streaming the gameplay, posting videos, and commercializing it on streaming platforms.
4. Streaming and Content Creation
You are permitted to stream, post videos of, and commercialize your gameplay of the Game on various platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and other similar services.
5. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. Project348 Studios™ retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights therein.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Project348 Studios™ expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Project348 Studios™ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game, even if Project348 Studios™ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. No Data Collection
The Game does not collect any user data.
10. Changes to this EULA
Project348 Studios™ reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Game or by other means. Your continued use of the Game after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India.
