[Article 1] Game software covered by this agreement
1. In using the game software SnackTimeActionGame (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), which is the subject of this Agreement, the User agrees to abide by the following conditions. The Game also includes updated versions provided by the developer, SnackBoxGames, during the term of this Agreement.
[Article 2] Consent and acknowledgment
1. You understand and agree that you agree to and will be bound by all the terms and conditions of the EULA and other related agreements.
[Article 3] Disclaimer
1. You understand and agree that in no event shall SnackBoxGames or the distribution platform be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages, loss of profits, loss of data, system failure or other detriment resulting from the use of the Game beyond the purchase price of the Game.
[Article 4] Copyright restrictions
1. You agree not to infringe the copyright of the Game and not to reproduce, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Game. In addition, any unauthorized use of copyrighted material in the use of the Game is prohibited.
[Article 5] Infringement Check
1. Users shall confirm and observe that they do not infringe upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others in the Game.
2. Users shall report to SnackBoxGames any information regarding copyright infringement, trademark infringement, patent infringement, or any other infringement of intellectual property rights by third parties when using the Game.
3. SnackBoxGames shall take appropriate measures to deal with the infringement.
[Article 6] Licensor information
1. The Game is developed by SnackBoxGames and distributed by STEAM. In using the Game, the User acknowledges and agrees to abide by the fact that the copyrights and other rights to the Game belong to the Licensor (the copyrights to the materials used in the Game belong to the respective authors).
[Article 7] Restrictions on Use of Software
1. User agrees to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.
2. SITE LICENSE: By agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the User formally acquires the authority to use the Game. In addition, the license for the Game shall be accessible through the platform(s) designated by the Subscriber.
3. Commencement Date: The license for the Game shall be effective from the date of download or installation.
4. LICENSING: You agree that the license to the Game is for your personal use only and shall not be transferred or redistributed to any third party.
5. TERMINATION OF LICENSE: The license shall terminate immediately if you breach this Agreement.

1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Game under this Agreement.
[Article 9] Maintenance and support
1. Maintenance and support for the Game shall be provided as needed at Licensor's discretion.

[Article 10] Updating of Terms and Conditions
1. The developer SnackBoxGames reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Such changes shall become effective 24 hours after they are posted on the following website, and the user shall be deemed to have accepted the changes at the time of first use of the Game after such time.

[Article 11] Conduct of Video Distribution
1. Video distribution for commercial and for-profit purposes is prohibited, but monetization of videos and streams via partner programs on video posting sites such as YouTube and Twitch is allowed. Users may also publish videos on their personal and non-commercial blogs, websites, and social networking sites.
2. The copyright of the play videos belongs to SnackBoxGames. The copyright of each material also belongs to the respective right holders.
3. Videos posted by users may not be promoted as official SnackBoxGames videos.
4. Infringing the rights of the Game or third parties is prohibited. Please refrain from excessive processing of videos to obscure the content of the Game, and if the video contains spoilers such as hidden elements, please be considerate and indicate that fact.
5. If the video falls under any of the following categories, distribution or posting of the video is prohibited.
- Obscenity, violence, or other offenses against public order and morals.
- In the event that the video improperly damages the reputation or credibility of SnackBoxGames or the Game.
- If the video contains discriminatory expressions or expressions that promote discrimination
- When the purpose is to make religious, political, or antisocial claims or expressions
- When the contents include slander and libel
- When the contents include expressions that affirm or encourage infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties, or criminal acts.
- When the purpose is to disclose non-public data inside a game
- When it violates laws and regulations
- In any other case that SnackBoxGames deems inappropriate.
6. If a user falls under any of the following categories, any and all use of images or video distribution of this game is prohibited.
- Belonging to an antisocial organization
- If the user uses or provides benefits to an antisocial organization
- In case of violation of laws and regulations, criminal acts, or other unacceptable reasons
- When a user does not comply with the Terms of Use or engages in prohibited activities.
7. The user who posted the video is responsible for all problems that may occur in the play video, SnackBoxGames assumes no liability whatsoever.
