This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Azoo Games Studio ("We" or "Us") for the use of Volleyborne: Unbound Horizons ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

All such updates will be deemed to be part of the Game and will be subject to the terms of this EULA.

This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Azoo Games Studio. Azoo Games Studio may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Azoo Games Studio, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Game.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Azoo Games Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the Game are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Your use of the Game may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
