END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Metix Bilişim OTO. Teknoloji ve San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. , the creator of Pharmacy Simulator ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Software and any copies thereof are owned by the Company or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of the Company.
5. Disclaimers
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Software, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this EULA), even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Medical Disclaimer
The Software includes information about pharmaceutical substances and their potential uses for treating medical conditions. This information is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. You should consult a healthcare professional before using any pharmaceutical substances or making any healthcare decisions. The Company does not endorse or recommend any specific medications, treatments, or healthcare providers.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
9. Governing Law
This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Software or any other subject matter covered by this EULA. If any provision of this EULA is held to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
