End User License Agreement (EULA) for Tapple - Idle Clicker

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the Developer ("We", "Us", or "Our") concerning your access to and use of Tapple - Idle Clicker ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from installing, accessing, or using Tapple - Idle Clicker.
2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and utilize Tapple - Idle Clicker for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the provisions of this EULA and Steam's Subscriber Agreement.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree to refrain from, and ensure others do not:
- Employ unauthorized third-party software, scripts, bots, or any other methods to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate Tapple - Idle Clicker.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Tapple - Idle Clicker.
- Alter, modify, or create derivative works based on Tapple - Idle Clicker.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer Tapple - Idle Clicker or any copies thereof.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or trademarks on Tapple - Idle Clicker.
4. Prohibition on Cheating and Botting
Cheating and botting are strictly forbidden in Tapple - Idle Clicker. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Utilizing software or hardware that automates gameplay functions.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or other vulnerabilities in the game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in activities that disrupt the normal gameplay experience for others.
- Sharing, promoting, or distributing tools or methods related to cheating or botting.
Violations of this section may result in the immediate revocation of your license to use Tapple - Idle Clicker and may lead to the suspension or termination of your account.
5. Termination of Agreement
This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will be automatically revoked without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you are required to cease all use of Tapple - Idle Clicker and to delete any copies in your possession or control.
6. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update Tapple - Idle Clicker and this EULA at any time. Your continued use of Tapple - Idle Clicker following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must discontinue your use of Tapple - Idle Clicker and uninstall it immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tapple - Idle Clicker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Tapple - Idle Clicker.
