END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
This may the best and shortest EULA you have ever read, I hate
reading through this stuff as much as everyone else but It's
needed for some protections as a small indie developer :)
By purchasing & using the TerminalMaster application you agree
to the following:
You may NOT make illegal copies,redistribute,sell,modify, or
decompile the TerminalMaster application.
The TerminalMaster application may NOT be hosted on a server, for
example somebody with the intention of hosting the TerminalMaster
app on a server for free or for paid access to students to use in
a classroom setting is NOT allowed, this licence grants only ONE
user to use the program for only ONE single machine for their
personal use and NOT business use.
As mentioned above you may NOT Set up a profit-making scheme using
the TerminalMaster application. You may NOT Reverse-engineer the
TerminalMaster application, you may NOT copy code/design/ or question
content from the TerminalMaster application, this also includes the
menus and scoring systems. You may NOT use the TerminalMaster
application in a way that violates applicable laws.
Any knowledge you gain from using this software is soley your
responsibility how you choose to use it, and you agree not to
hold Paul Galvin responsible for any irresponsible actions
caused by you, for example: a user deletes an SQL database or
user/system files or the user runs a port scanner on a company
network these are only a few examples but the user is responsible
for all of their actions and not the TerminalMaster creator.
ALTHOUGH EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ENSURE THAT THE
TerminalMaster SOFTWARE IS BUG/ERROR FREE/FREE FROM SPELLING
MISTAKES AND ALSO ENSURING CORRECT SYNTAX THIS SOFTWARE IS
PROVIDED AS IS.
If you do not agree to all of the above do not use this program.
