Excontinium Games
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Excontinium Games, the creator of the game Excoverse ("the Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. Grant of License
Excontinium Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Restrictions
You shall not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
4. Ownership
The Game and all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including but not limited to all copyrights, are owned by Excontinium Games.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Excontinium Games does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Excontinium Games be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Türkiye/İstanbul], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Excontinium Games with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
