END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Welcome and thank you for choosing Popcorn Fever developed by Yunicorn Studio ("We", "Our" or "Us"). This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Yunicorn Studio for the use of Popcorn Fever ("Game").
By installing, copying, or using this Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install, copy, or use the Game.

Yunicorn Studio grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a copy of the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including but not limited to the Game title, graphics, music, dialogues, interfaces, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Yunicorn Studio. This EULA does not grant You any rights or licenses in these rights, except those expressly granted by this document.
5. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content You create, upload, or distribute using the Game. By creating, uploading, or distributing content using the Game, You grant Yunicorn Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Game. Yunicorn Studio reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of this EULA.
6. Privacy and Personal Data
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which You can view here. Yunicorn Studio collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with this policy.
7. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer in-app purchases. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated by Yunicorn Studio. By making an in-app purchase, You agree to the terms of the transaction and the specific conditions associated with it.
8. Online and Network Features
The Game may include online features that require an Internet connection. You are responsible for Your own Internet connection and any associated fees. You agree to comply with online conduct rules and not to disrupt the experience of other users.

For technical support, You can contact Yunicorn Studio's support at popcornfever.support@yunicornstudio.com. We strive to provide prompt and effective support, but We do not guarantee the resolution of all issues.
10. Software Updates
Yunicorn Studio may deploy automatic updates to improve, extend, or modify the Game. These updates may change or remove certain features. By continuing to use the Game, You agree to receive these updates.
11. Limited Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yunicorn Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with Your use or inability to use the Game, even if Yunicorn Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by permanently deleting the Game from all your devices. Yunicorn Studio may terminate this EULA at any time if You fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, You must immediately cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game in Your possession.
14. Modifications
Yunicorn Studio reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be posted here and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Game after the posting of changes constitutes Your acceptance of those changes.
15. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, the country in which Yunicorn Studio is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
