END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Redex Entertainment ("Licensor") and the individual using the game Eternal Vampire ("Game") ("End User").
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS GAME, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OR INSTALL THE GAME.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Under this Agreement, Redex Entertainment ("Licensor") grants the End User a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for [personal/commercial] purposes.
2. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all rights, title, and interest therein, is the property of Redex Entertainment. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The End User shall not:
a. Use the Game for any unlawful or prohibited purpose as outlined in this Agreement.
b. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or distribute the Game.
c. Share the Game with unauthorized persons.
d. Misuse online services or negatively impact other users' experiences.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The Game is provided "as is". Redex Entertainment makes no warranties regarding the Game's error-free or uninterrupted operation. Redex Entertainment shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Game.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective upon the End User's use of the Game and remains in effect until terminated. Redex Entertainment may terminate this Agreement if the End User violates any terms. Upon termination, the End User must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
6. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Redex Entertainment may provide updates to the Game periodically. These updates may be subject to the End User's consent or may be automatically applied. Redex Entertainment may offer technical support for the Game at its discretion.
7. ONLINE SERVICES AND DATA COLLECTION
The Game may include online services and features. Redex Entertainment has the right to collect and process certain personal information from the End User to enable these services. This information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Istanbul, Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Game and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
