This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("You" or "Your") and Kyrel, the developer and publisher of the PinDrop game ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
#### 1. License Grant
Kyrel grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game solely for Your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
#### 2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
#### 3. Ownership
The Game, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Kyrel and its licensors.
#### 4. Updates
Kyrel may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These updates may be necessary for the continued use of the Game, and You agree to install such updates promptly upon release.
#### 5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Kyrel if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, You must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in Your possession or control.
#### 6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Kyrel expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
#### 7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kyrel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Game, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Kyrel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
#### 8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [insert jurisdiction].
