END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User") and Existence Byte Studios ("Developer"). This Agreement governs your use of Mushiverse ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Software" refers to the Mushiverse computer software.
1.2 "License" refers to the permission granted to the User to use the Software.
2. SCOPE OF LICENSE
2.1 Developer grants the User a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial use. User may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Software.
3. LIMITATIONS AND USE RULES
3.1 User agrees not to use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3.2 User may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including but not limited to all images, sounds, and code, are owned by Developer or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.
5. UPDATES AND CHANGES
5.1 Developer may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software, which User agrees to accept and install as necessary.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
6.1 The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 In no event shall Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software.
8. TERMINATION
8.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated. User's rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if User fails to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
