**END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)**
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Jitsu Koan Games ("Company"), governing your use of the software application ("Idle Run Aya" or "Game") provided by Jitsu Koan Games.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. **Grant of License**
Jitsu Koan Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. **Restrictions**
You shall not:
a. Copy, modify, or distribute the Game;
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
c. Rent, lease, or lend the Game;
d. Use the Game for any commercial purpose;
e. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
3. **Ownership**
The Game is licensed, not sold. Jitsu Koan Games retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.
4. **Termination**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game.
5. **Disclaimer of Warranties**
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Jitsu Koan Games disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. **Limitation of Liability**
In no event shall Jitsu Koan Games be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Jitsu Koan Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. **Governing Law**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. **Severability**
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
9. **Entire Agreement**
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Jitsu Koan Games regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
By clicking "I Agree" or installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
