3.3. Virtual currency and Premium Features are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts.
3.4. FANTASY FUSION STUDIOS SRL does not offer free virtual currency. All virtual currency and Premium Features must be earned through gameplay or purchased via the respective platform (Steam or Nutaku).
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. You agree to follow our community standards and rules of conduct, which include but are not limited to:
Not engaging in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward other users.
Not using software or tools (such as bots, hacks, or cheats) to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the Game.
4.2. You are responsible for any content you upload or share in the Game, such as forum posts, chats, or user-generated content. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and modify the content within the Game.
4.3. Any violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent restriction of online features within the Game. However, Steam users remain subject to Steam’s policies regarding game access and bans.
5. Account Termination and Deletion
5.1. You can request to terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@FantasyFusion.net. Upon termination, any unused virtual currency or Premium Features will not be refunded.
5.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to online features for violations of these terms. However, Steam users remain subject to Steam’s policies regarding game access.
5.3. If your account is terminated, your personal data will be deleted unless legally required to retain it for a specific time period.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. FANTASY FUSION STUDIOS SRL is not liable for any damages except those resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6.2. We are not responsible for any interruptions or disruptions to the Game or for any data loss resulting from technical errors or other unforeseen circumstances.
