This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you, the end user, and Pinster Games ("Licensor") regarding the game Mary ("Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for personal and non-commercial use only.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
b. Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer any part of the Game without the Licensor's express permission.
c. Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Licensor. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights in the Game.
4. USER CONTENT
If the Game allows you to submit, post, or share content, you grant Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Game.
5. PRIVACY
The Game Mary does not collect any personal data.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is," and Licensor makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Game.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement will become effective upon your installation or use of the Game and will remain in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your State], and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
10. GENERAL TERMS
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
