End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Dream Plus Games Ltd ("Dream Plus Games" or "We") governing the use of Forgetting Emily (the "Game") and any related software, documentation, updates, and support services provided by Dream Plus Games.
1. Grant of License:
Dream Plus Games hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Ownership:
Dream Plus Games retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the Game under this Agreement.
3. Restrictions:
You shall not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Game.
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Transfer, sublicense, or distribute the Game to any third party.
4. Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Dream Plus Games may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
5. Warranty Disclaimer:
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Dream Plus Games disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Dream Plus Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game, even if Dream Plus Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dream Plus Games regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term of this Agreement, do not use the Game.
