**End User License Agreement (EULA) for "The Day Of Survival"**
**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software "The Day Of Survival" ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
**2. Grant of License**
Subject to the terms of this EULA, the developer of the Game ("xHARDHeMPuS") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, access, and play the Game for personal and non-commercial use.

**8. Limitation of Liability**
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Developer is established, excluding its conflicts of laws principles.

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter.
