END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. General Information
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of the computer game (the “Game”) provided by the developer operating under the online pseudonym YantinDev.
By installing, launching, or otherwise using the Game, the user (“User”) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they must not use the Game.
2. License and Distribution
The Game is provided free of charge.
YantinDev grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
The User does not acquire ownership of the Game or any of its components. All copyrights and related rights remain the property of YantinDev.

5. Suspension or Termination of Access
YantinDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Game in the event of a breach of this Agreement, without prior notice or obligation to provide justification.
6. Legal Liability and Governing Law
Any violation of this Agreement may result in legal liability.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from the use of the Game shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Poland.
7. Amendments to the Agreement
YantinDev reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

- Recording, streaming, and publishing gameplay footage (e.g. on platforms such as YouTube), provided that clear spoiler warnings are displayed at all key narrative moments.
- Creating cosplay and fan-made content inspired by the Game, provided that such content contains no sexual material.
3.2 Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Creating, distributing, or using mods that contain sexual content;
- Creating any fan-made content of a sexual nature, regardless of form;
- Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to obtain the Game’s source code;
- Sharing, publishing, or distributing the Game’s assets (including graphics, audio files, models, dialogues, or other resources) on the Internet or elsewhere;
- Using the Game or any of its elements in violation of applicable law.
4. Early Access Status
The Game is released in Early Access. This means that:
- The Game may contain bugs, errors, and technical issues;
- Game content, mechanics, and features are subject to change;
- YantinDev makes no guarantees regarding the stability or completeness of the Game at this stage.
