1. License to Use the Game
The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game on one device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
The User agrees not to:
• Copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, transfer, or otherwise use the Game or any of its parts without prior written consent from the Developer.
• Bypass or remove copy protection mechanisms or other technical protection measures used in the Game.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes, including but not limited to the sale of virtual items or services obtained during gameplay.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Game, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by the Developer or its licensors.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is.” The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, suitability for a particular purpose, or absence of errors in the Game.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Game.
6. Changes and Updates
The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or suspend the operation of the Game at any time without prior notice.
7. Termination of Agreement
The Developer may terminate this Agreement if the User violates its terms. Upon termination, the User agrees to immediately cease using the Game and remove it from the device.
8. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Developer resides.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Game, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
