## END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA).
## 1. TERMS.
"Software" in this document refers to "Project KY-13 Playtest", which was developed and published by "Stone Shelter".
## 2. LICENSING.
Stone Shelter provides you with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. You agree not to copy, alter, create derivative works, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or create links to the Software.
## 3. CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Software and not to disclose information about the Software to any third party. You also agree not to use the Software for any purpose other than strictly private purposes. You may not create media content or stream to any platform without specific agreement and prior permission from Stone Shelter.
## 4. LIMITATIONS
You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Software. The Software is distributed exclusively through Steam and Stone Shelter may revoke access to it at any time.
## 5. TERMINATION .
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. The Agreement may also terminate if Stone Shelter decides to revoke access to the Software for any other reason. Upon termination, you must delete all digital copies of the Software. Any breach of the Agreement may be subject to legal prosecution.
