End User License Agreement (EULA) for
Hidden Oddities

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or
"You") and Wandering Shack ("Company" or "We") for the use of the Hidden Oddities ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this
Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants You a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one copy of the
Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not convey to You any ownership interest
in the Game or any rights other than those expressly granted herein. The Company retains all
right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights therein.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and You will not permit others to:
a. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of
the Game, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
notwithstanding this limitation.
b. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
c. Copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or sublicense the Game.
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
e. Use the Game for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.
f. Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable,
overburden, or impair any Company server, or the networks connected to any Company server.
4. Updates and Patches
The Company may, from time to time, provide patches, updates, or upgrades to the Game that
must be installed for the User to continue to use the Game. The Company may update the
Game remotely without notifying You, and You hereby consent to the Company applying
patches, updates, and upgrades.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate
automatically without notice from the Company if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this
Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the
Game in your possession or control.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED
"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT
THE GAME IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES) ARISING OUT
OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, HOWEVER CAUSED,
REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND
EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your
Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal
jurisdiction of the courts located within [Your Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes
arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Game.
9. Miscellaneous
a. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the
Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
understandings regarding such subject matter.
b. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that
provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of
this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
c. No Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any rights granted hereunder or to take
action against the other party in the event of any breach hereunder will not be deemed a waiver
by that party as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future
breaches.
d. Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the
prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign this Agreement at any time
without notice to You.
By clicking "I Agree" or installing or using the Game, You acknowledge that You have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
