END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - BOT BEATS
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Brotir AB ("Developer") for the use of the digital game software and any associated materials (collectively referred to as "Bot Beats"). By installing, accessing, or using Bot Beats, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not install, access, or use Bot Beats.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Developer hereby grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Bot Beats for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Bot Beats and all related materials, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. User acknowledges and agrees that they do not acquire any ownership rights to Bot Beats or its materials.
3. RESTRICTIONS
User shall not: Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Bot Beats without Developer's express written consent. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from Bot Beats. Use Bot Beats for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within Bot Beats.
4. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Developer may provide updates, patches, or support for Bot Beats at their discretion. Such updates may be automatic or require User consent to install.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of Bot Beats, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Bot Beats is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Developer may terminate this license at any time if User breaches any terms herein. Upon termination, User must delete all copies of Bot Beats from their devices.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between User and Developer regarding Bot Beats and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
